After working with everyone that he’d ever dreamed of working with Anga took time off to try something new, something that he’d always wanted to do which was Afrohouse/ Afrotech. This is where he’d always believed he belonged and knew that this was what would take his career to the next level.
In this year he quickly fit right in and managed to bag a collaboration with the kings of Afrohouse :
Kususa & Argento Dust in a collabo titled ‘Abantu Bakho’, Tomer & Ricardo- Noba released under Deeproot Tribe.
These would be his first 2 fears in his new journey.
An impressive unreleased catalogue which has gotten the nod from industry colleagues such as Black Coffee & Themba.
In this new Phase of his career he rebrands as NAAK. Who is a breathe of fresh air in the Afrohouse scene and offers unique, clean vocals accompanied by beautiful music to complete the work of art.
There is no doubt that his presence will be felt as SOON the whole world will know the name NAAK.
